St Crohans festival is gaining in popularity, and takes place in the Castlecove / Caherdaniel area at the end of July.
Famous for its Fishing competition, and the pet competition, it attracts many locals and visitors alike. Brendan Galavan and his family from the Siopa Dubh, in Castlecove always provide a warm welcome to newcomers.
