Improvements for 2009
- Upstairs radiiators have been fitted with thermostatic control valves, improving the overall heating efficiency of the house
- Low temperature control, preventing the house from getting too cold in the winter.
- Stand alone freezer in the utility room, allowing visitors to bring provisions for a longer period, and helping to reduce the living costs.
- Cooker ventilation hood and fan added to kitchen hob.
- Cooker sockets moved to a more accessible/safer location
- Paved pathway to gas, water and oil services
- New layer of gravel applied to driveways
